Rich Prado - Founder
Rich Prado was a standout high school baseball player in Richmond, Va. – earning All District, Metro, and Region awards as a second baseman at Varina High School. He was recruited by a number of Division I programs, but ultimately decided to attend The College of William and Mary as a non-scholarship player. He graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 2001.
Since graduating from college, Rich has pursued his passion for sports both inside and outside the classroom. He spent two years teaching on the middle school level, and two years on the high school level – where he most recently taught Sports Marketing at Hermitage High School. In addition, Rich has worked as a baseball coach and given private instruction for the Richmond Baseball Academy. It is through these experiences that he has noticed a deficit in quality high school athletes moving on to the next level of competition. Rich has a genuine interest in the progression of the student athlete and a vested interest in their success.
