2 weeks ago I was at a Scout Day outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
There were about 80 players there.
There were about 20 coaches there.
Thats a 4 to 1 ratio. That’s fantastic! What an opportunity for those players.
But, at the same time, it’s easy to say that there ONLY 20 coaches there. The reality is that there were way more coaches NOT there than there.
Lucky for those kids we were there! The event organizers invited us to film it. That means we filmed every swing, every defensive play & every pitch!

I highly recommend that organizations run their own scout day. And when you do, I want to film it!
